1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Swipo : Photo Cleaner ("Swipo", "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Swipo is a photo library management tool for iOS that helps you sort and organize your photos. The app allows you to swipe photos into categories (delete, keep, skip, favorite) and provides on-device AI-powered features for photo categorization and quality analysis.
3. License
Swipo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Photo Library Access
Swipo requires access to your device's photo library to function. By granting this access, you acknowledge that:
- The app can read, display, and request deletion of photos in your library.
- All photo processing occurs entirely on your device.
- Deletion requests are processed through Apple's PhotoKit framework, and deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days before permanent removal.
- Swipo is not responsible for photos that are permanently deleted after the 30-day recovery period.
- You can revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings.
5. In-App Purchases
Swipo offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features:
- Swipo Pro ($3.99): A one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited photo sorting, Smart Decks, Clean by Year, Trip Cleaner, and custom filters.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your photos before using sorting and deletion features.
- Reviewing your sorting decisions before confirming deletions.
- Ensuring you have the right to manage the photos in your library.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Swipo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
- AI-powered categorization will be 100% accurate.
- The app will be compatible with all future iOS versions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swipo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of photos or data
- Loss of storage space savings
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Swipo, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by the Swipo development team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. Your license to use the app terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
13. Apple's Terms
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at Apple's EULA.
